Yes, it is supported. Upgrade both your Xiaomi Watch S4 Sport and the Xiaomi Health App to the latest system versions, then activate the NFC car key using the following process (currently supporting Xiaomi SU7 and Lotus vehicles):

Sit inside the Xiaomi SU7 and start the vehicle. Open the Xiaomi Auto App on your Xiaomi phone;

Tap "Security & Keys" - "Manage Keys" - "Phone NFC Key" - "Activate Now" - "Activate Immediately";

Place your phone on the NFC reader located below the center console to complete verification and successfully bind the Xiaomi phone's NFC key;

Return to your Xiaomi phone, open Xiaomi Wallet, tap "Car Keys", find the Xiaomi Phone NFC Key, and tap "Add to My Wearable Devices" to share the key to your watch or band.
