I'm about to pick up my car. What are the approximate steps for picking up the vehicle at the delivery center, and how long does it take?
Your vehicle pickup will be divided into 3 steps: ① Pre-delivery procedures → ② Appointment to visit the store → ③ On-site pickup
1. Preparation of pre-delivery procedures
The colleague responsible for delivery will confirm your pickup information with you in advance and assist with processing, including but not limited to: order and configuration, payment method (installment/full payment), insurance services, vehicle registration, charging pile and trade-in needs, pickup city, etc.
2. Appointment to visit the store for pickup
After your vehicle rolls off the production line, we will help you schedule a time to visit the store and register accompanying personnel; once the vehicle completes its inspection upon arrival at the store, we will confirm the visit time with you again and provide pre-visit reminders.
Please be sure to bring the following documents:
① Individual users: Original ID card / Power of attorney (if not picking up the vehicle personally);
② Corporate users: Original copy of business license / Official seal / Original ID card of the person picking up the vehicle / Power of attorney.
3. On-site pickup processing
On the day of pickup, please arrive at the delivery center on time. We will assist you in completing all steps of the vehicle delivery: ① Vehicle inspection → ② Function explanation → ③ Temporary license plate processing → ④ Document handover → ⑤ Pickup and departure.
The total duration depends on the preparation of pre-delivery procedures. The time required on-site at the delivery center is approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Warm reminder:
Your pickup time may change temporarily due to external factors such as logistics. In case of special circumstances, we will communicate with you immediately; if you complete all procedures before arriving at the store, it can effectively reduce waiting time on the day of pickup.
