What are the functional differences between Xiaomi Home Car Experience Stores, Sales Service Centers, and Delivery Centers?
Currently, Xiaomi Auto stores are divided into four categories, each with slightly different functions:
Xiaomi Home Car Experience Store: Usually located in major shopping malls, it serves as the experience hub for Xiaomi's "Human x Car x Home" ecosystem, providing experience and sales services for multiple product categories including Xiaomi Auto, smartphones, home appliances, and smart wearables.
Xiaomi Auto Sales Service Center: Provides vehicle sales and after-sales services.
Xiaomi Auto Service Center: Dedicated exclusively to providing vehicle after-sales services.
Xiaomi Auto Delivery Center: Located in auto sales business districts or suburban areas, its core function is new car delivery. It also typically provides vehicle experience, sales, and after-sales service functions.
In May, Xiaomi Auto added 29 new stores, bringing the total coverage to 82 cities nationwide with 298 stores. In June, 37 new stores are planned, expected to cover 10 additional cities including Baoji and Cangzhou. As of May 31, there were 153 service outlets nationwide covering 88 cities.
