What is the difference between the 'Ultra Quiet Cabin' of the Xiaomi YU7 Max and the Standard/Pro versions?
All Xiaomi YU7 models exhibit excellent quietness performance. We first achieved superior vehicle airtightness by reinforcing overall sealing; additionally, the Xiaomi YU7 underwent noise optimization in over 200 areas and applied acoustic materials in more than 120 places to block noise intrusion into the passenger cabin. Furthermore, all Xiaomi YU7 models come standard with silent laminated glass, covering not only the windshield and four door windows but also the rear quarter windows.
The Xiaomi YU7 Max further upgraded cabin quietness. The windshield and four door windows were upgraded to ultra-silent glass using a newly formulated PVB interlayer, reducing wind noise high-frequency components by 2–3 dB. The panoramic roof also added a soundproof film and was upgraded to silent glass. Soundproofing materials in over 30 key locations were all upgraded to industry-leading acoustic materials, ultimately achieving a class-leading quiet cabin.
