My Xiaomi YU7 is about to be delivered. What steps are involved in picking up the car at the delivery center? How long does the pickup process take?
Your car pickup will be divided into 3 steps: ① Pre-delivery preparation → ② Appointment for store visit → ③ On-site pickup processing
1. Pre-delivery Preparation
Your dedicated delivery colleague will contact you in advance to confirm pickup details and assist with processing, including but not limited to: order and configuration, payment method (installment/full payment), insurance services, vehicle registration, charging pile and trade-in requirements, pickup city, etc.
2. Appointment for Store Visit
After your vehicle rolls off the production line, we will help you schedule a store visit time and register accompanying personnel; once the vehicle completes the in-store inspection, we will confirm the visit time with you again and provide pre-departure reminders.
Please remember to bring the following documents:
① Individual users: Original ID card / Power of Attorney (if not picking up personally);
② Corporate users: Original copy of Business License / Official Seal / Original ID card of the picker-upper / Power of Attorney.
3. On-site Pickup Processing
On the day of pickup, please arrive at the delivery center on time. We will assist you in completing all vehicle delivery steps: ① Vehicle Inspection → ② Feature Explanation → ③ Temporary Plate Processing → ④ Document Handover → ⑤ Departure.
Waiting time in the store can be referenced as follows: ① 20-30 minutes if pre-delivery procedures are completed; ② 45-90 minutes if not processed in advance.
We kindly remind you that currently, both factory production line capacity and the national sales, delivery, and service system capacity are ramping up. There is no need to rush; we will regularly update you on your order's delivery progress. Please wait patiently.
