The Xiaomi YU7 has so many air conditioning modes. How should I use them?
The Xiaomi YU7 air conditioning provides many practical function settings. Today we will introduce a few commonly used ones:
Airflow mode setting: On the main air conditioning page, to the right of "A/C" is the "Natural Wind" mode switch. When the "Natural Wind" mode is turned on, the front and rear air conditioning vents of the vehicle will automatically adjust the wind speed. Compared to the constant wind speed of the normal mode, this mode simulates the feeling of a natural breeze, avoiding the discomfort caused by continuous high-volume direct blowing.
Airflow direction setting: On the main air conditioning page, you can slide the vents for the driver and passenger positions to freely drag and adjust the airflow direction up, down, left, and right; you can click "Direct Blow" to make the airflow face the head area of the driver and passenger directly, meeting the need for rapid cooling; clicking "Both Sides" will make the airflow blow past both sides of the head area, suitable for users who do not like direct air conditioning blowing; double-clicking the air conditioning vent will close it.
Air purification function: The Xiaomi YU7 features PM2.5 monitoring and an "Air Purification Function." Clicking the "Small Leaf" button next to the PM2.5 number turns on the "Air Purification Function," and clicking the "Small Petal" button turns on the "Deep Air Purification Function." The former has a moderate air volume and lower air conditioning noise, suitable for ordinary purification needs in daily driving; while the latter has a fast purification speed and slightly higher air conditioning noise, and is recommended for use when the air inside or outside the car is severely polluted and rapid purification or effective protection is needed. We recommend that you turn on "Automatic Air Purification" in the "Settings" at the bottom right of the main air conditioning page. When the PM2.5 concentration in the car is too high, the system will automatically turn on the air purification function.
In addition, there are 2 practical settings in the "Settings" at the bottom right of the main air conditioning page:
"Unlock Ventilation": When the vehicle is unlocked, the vehicle automatically turns on external circulation ventilation to improve the air quality inside the car.
"In-Car High-Temperature Protection": Within 12 hours after leaving the car, when the temperature inside the car is higher than the set activation temperature, the air conditioning will automatically turn on to cool down, thereby avoiding situations such as excessively high temperatures inside the car caused by sun exposure.
Finally, we warmly remind everyone that in summer, you can set the air conditioning temperature to 20~24°C and turn on the "lazy-exclusive" AUTO mode with one click, which is both comfortable and power-saving.
