First, priority production scheduling applies to first-generation SU7 users with locked but undelivered orders who have completed their intent to upgrade, as well as new-generation SU7 small order users. Those who complete the upgrade or lock their order for a customized new-generation SU7 before 24:00 on March 22, 2026, can enjoy priority production scheduling, with first-generation SU7 upgrade users receiving the highest production priority:

  • For users with upgrade orders: Orders in the same city with the same configuration will have their estimated delivery cycle calculated based on the sequence of the final locked configuration of the original order;
  • For users with small orders: Orders in the same city with the same configuration will have their estimated delivery cycle calculated based on the order lock sequence;

    • Starting from 0:00 on March 23, 2026, priority production scheduling will expire, and all orders in the same city with the same configuration will have their estimated delivery cycle calculated based on the order lock sequence. Therefore, we highly recommend that everyone lock their orders as early as possible.
