How much does a routine maintenance service for Xiaomi HyperEngine cost?
Xiaomi HyperEngine is a range-extended model that adopts a "pure electric + range extender" dual-system maintenance approach, consistent with other range-extended models in the industry.
For the pure electric system, maintenance is essentially the same as for the SU7 and YU7. It mainly involves the air conditioning system, the three-electric system (including thermal management cooling and underbody protection inspection of the traction battery), the chassis system (including brakes, suspension, and tires), vehicle-wide electrical/electronic and safety items, as well as routine body and interior upkeep. The maintenance interval is once every year or every 20,000 kilometers. Please follow the Owner's Manual for scheduled maintenance.
In addition to the pure electric system items, the range extender system includes maintenance items related to the range extender, such as engine oil and oil filter, range extender air filter, spark plugs, and range extender coolant. Specifically, after the official first-year maintenance, the engine oil, oil filter, and range extender air filter should be serviced once every 3 years or every 30,000 range extender kilometers; spark plugs should be serviced once every 40,000 range extender kilometers; and the range extender coolant should be replaced once every 6 years or 120,000 kilometers. Regarding maintenance costs, taking the N70 Max and N90 Max as examples, the first maintenance is approximately RMB 1,414, while the N90 Max Explorer Edition is approximately RMB 1,444 (compared to the N70 Max and N90 Max, this includes an additional safety inspection of the pop-up roof compartment).
After the first maintenance, taking the maintenance costs for the second, third, and fourth years as an example, the total maintenance cost over these three years for the N70 Pro, N70 Max, and N90 Max is approximately RMB 3,540 per vehicle; for the N90 Max Explorer Edition, it is approximately RMB 3,630 per vehicle.
