If the user's charging gun experiences an unlock failure, the emergency unlock cable can be used. The operation is as follows:
First, click "Stop Charging" on the vehicle's central control screen, then open the trunk;
Use a suitable tool (or your hands) to remove the trunk maintenance cover and locate the unlock cable switch;
Pull the charging gun emergency unlock cable towards the front of the car to unlock the charging gun, allowing it to be removed normally.
