Can a roof rack be installed on the Xiaomi SU7?
The Xiaomi SU7 has reserved roof rack installation interfaces (marked with black solid lines on the panoramic sunroof), and a roof rack can be installed. Currently, roof rack-related products have not yet been launched on the official platform.
According to the requirements of the relevant "Provisions on the Registration of Motor Vehicles" and "Requirements and Inspection Guidelines for Appearance Modification of Passenger Cars":
Vehicles can be equipped with or have their roof racks replaced. After the roof rack is installed, the increase in vehicle height shall not be greater than 300mm, and the length and width of the roof rack shall not exceed the top of the vehicle body.
When installing a roof rack without changing the main structure of the vehicle body and ensuring safety, the motor vehicle owner shall apply for a change record at the vehicle management office of the registration place within 30 days after the information or matters are changed.
