The Locked Order Waiting User Care activity is an initiative by Xiaomi Auto to express gratitude to users who have locked their orders but are awaiting delivery. After meeting the three-month requirement, Xiaomi Auto will send small items from the Car Mall as care gifts on an irregular basis.
The confirmed small gifts are as follows: Users who participate in the activity and have a locked order waiting period of three months will receive a Xiaomi Life casual small backpack; users with a locked order waiting period of four months will receive a Xiaomi Life sun-protection visor cap.
