This is usually a normal sound during air conditioning operation, typically occurring in the following scenarios:

When you turn on the air conditioning cooling mode, arrive at your destination, lock the car, and leave, the air conditioning system will automatically run the blower for a period to fully dry the evaporator, preventing mold growth and odors.
High-temperature protection triggered. The high-temperature protection feature is user-configured. When activated, it starts the blower, and if the temperature is high, it may also start the compressor and front fan.
Additionally, when the air conditioning is turned on remotely or via a schedule, the compressor and front fan will operate, producing audible sounds outside the vehicle.
