This issue is most likely caused by a disconnection of the Bluetooth key. Please do not manually turn off Bluetooth or the Xiaomi EV app before exiting the vehicle. Additionally, we recommend checking the permission settings for the Xiaomi EV app: Go to Permission Management, set Location Permissions to "Allow all the time," and set Power Saving Strategies to "No restrictions" (do not select "Smart limit background activity").
