What is the difference between the High-Performance Braking Kit and the original braking system?
The High-Performance Braking Kit includes high-performance brake pads (front/rear) and high-boiling-point brake fluid.
The high-performance brake pads use a low-metal formula. Compared to the NAO (Non-Asbestos Organic) formula of the original brake pads, the maximum coefficient of friction increases to 0.45, the optimal operating temperature reaches 400°C, and resistance to thermal fade is stronger, making it suitable for more intense non-daily driving conditions. The high-boiling-point brake fluid has a dry boiling point of 323°C due to formula adjustments, also suitable for more intense non-daily driving conditions.
After installing the High-Performance Braking Kit, braking force and pedal feel will change; please drive with caution. After replacing brake pads, they require a break-in period of several hundred kilometers to reach optimal performance. Do not engage in aggressive driving immediately after replacement.
The components included in the High-Performance Braking Kit are consumables. Replacement cycles will vary depending on the driver's habits and usage environment. Please check the status of the braking system promptly after aggressive driving.
