If the key card is lost, can it be replaced? What is the cost?

Official answer

If you accidentally lose your key card, there is no need to worry. You can drive the vehicle requiring the replacement card to any nearby Xiaomi Auto official authorized service center to process the replacement. The suggested retail price is 118 RMB.

Before the new key card is successfully issued, you can also use the Xiaomi Auto APP, mobile Bluetooth/NFC keys, and other methods to lock and unlock the vehicle.
