Xiaomi EV offers an official trade-in service. You can initiate a trade-in request via the Trade-in Service section in the Xiaomi EV APP, or contact your dedicated Product Expert or Delivery Specialist to initiate the request on your behalf.

Once you initiate the trade-in, a partner trade-in service provider will contact you as soon as possible to discuss vehicle evaluation matters. You can also view all your evaluation work orders, current trade-in progress, quotes for your car, etc., in the Trade-in Records section of the APP-Trade-in Service. Additionally, we display the name and contact information of your dedicated evaluator on the trade-in page to help you verify the caller's identity and avoid impersonation by third parties that could harm your interests.
