'Emerald Green' is a high-saturation color. Developing such a color often takes more than 13 months. Its color inspiration comes from Colombian emeralds. Through the 'double-layer paint process', we restored the premium texture of emeralds.
'Double-layer paint' requires three sets of paint cans and three spray coats, whereas ordinary paint only needs one paint can. The first paint can contains yellow-green metallic paint, sprayed as the first layer on the outer surface to restore the deep color of the gem. It uses extremely fine aluminum powder with small particle sizes, which not only makes the color visually finer but also helps improve the flatness and smoothness of the paint film, presenting better texture on the car body surface. The second paint can contains fine transparent pearlescent paint, overlaid as the second layer on the outer surface, causing the car paint to present rich color changes under different lighting angles, restoring the flowing light and shadow effect of gems. The third can contains a mixed paint of pearlescent and metallic colors, sprayed on the inner surface, giving it a pearlescent shimmer effect as well.
