Xiaomi SU7 today received the award announced by J.D. Power | JunDi - ranking first in the large pure electric sub-segment of the 2025 China New Energy Vehicle Product Charm Index Research (NEV-APEAL). The core value of this award lies in the fact that it is entirely based on surveys of new energy vehicle owners' experiences in owning and driving vehicles within 2 to 6 months after purchase, covering 21,211 respondents in 81 cities, and is completely based on real experiences and evaluations from owners.
This list is the fifth year J.D. Power has released this research in China. The research involves 45 factors across 11 vehicle performance categories (appearance styling, settings and startup, getting in/out of the vehicle, interior trim, vehicle performance, driving feel, sense of security, infotainment system, ride comfort, fuel economy and range, and charging experience), comprehensively covering all aspects of new energy vehicle owners' experiences since purchasing the vehicle.
This is the first time Xiaomi SU7 has appeared on the list, and it achieved the number one ranking in the large pure electric sub-segment with an absolute lead of 825 points, also setting the highest score in the history of the NEV-APEAL list.
