The globally renowned research institution J.D. Power released the 2026 New Energy Vehicle Initial Quality Study (NEV-IQS) ranking. This ranking objectively verifies overall vehicle quality and tallies owner complaint values through an anonymous survey of 21,512 real owners who purchased their vehicles 2 to 6 months ago, based on two major dimensions: "malfunction problems" and "design usage defects". The lower the value, the fewer the complaints, the more reliable the product quality, and the higher the user satisfaction, providing a reference basis for everyone when choosing a car. The first-generation Xiaomi SU7 has topped the "Large Battery Electric Vehicle" segment for two consecutive years, and the Xiaomi YU7 won first place in the "Large Battery Electric SUV" segment in its first year of evaluation;
Combined with the 2026 "New Energy Vehicle Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (NEV-APEAL)" ranking released by J.D. Power not long ago, the first-generation Xiaomi SU7 and Xiaomi YU7 achieved first place in the "Large Battery Electric Vehicle" segment and the "Large Battery Electric SUV" segment respectively.
