Of course, we will provide exclusive "May Day Travel Care Services" for all Xiaomi EV owners. The event runs from April 29 to May 6. During the event, you can enjoy:

  • 24-hour free roadside assistance: If your vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident for any reason and cannot be driven, we will provide 24-hour free rescue, with no limits on the method, frequency, or mileage.
  • 500 RMB travel ride-hailing voucher: After roadside assistance, an additional Amap ride-hailing voucher worth 500 RMB will be gifted. It is valid for 7 days after claiming and can be used for travel at any time.
  • Free out-of-town vehicle delivery: If a vehicle sent for repair during the event is not completed by May 6 (inclusive), you can enjoy free delivery of the vehicle to an out-of-town city at no extra cost.
  • During your trip, if an occasional fault of the vehicle itself causes a breakdown on the road, you can be reimbursed for transportation costs up to 1,500 RMB (limited to one-way flights or high-speed rail) and accommodation costs up to 500 RMB with receipts.
