After investigation and confirmation by us, the actual situation is: Around 11:30 AM on April 1st, a staff member at the Xiaomi Auto store in Xiamen stopped the car due to sudden abnormal noise while taking a customer for a test drive. They found the overall vehicle status stable and the chassis normal, so they drove the car back to the store normally. After detailed inspection at the store, it was found that a stone had entered the brake disc position, causing the noise; after removing the stone, the noise disappeared and normalcy was restored.
As for the water marks around the body, it was because it had rained recently in Xiamen, and the vehicle had driven through an area with standing water. Water marks remained on the body after parking, which is a normal phenomenon. After subsequent inspection, there were no fluid leaks in the entire vehicle, no leak points were seen, the coolant level was normal, and there were no relevant low-level warning lights.
