Are there switches to turn off hill descent assist and comfortable braking?
The Xiaomi SU7 is equipped with an intelligent full-domain hill assist function, which provides intelligent hill torque assistance by calculating the slope of the road the vehicle is traveling on, achieving stable speed control and gentle descent on normal slopes. Currently, this function is standard across the entire Xiaomi SU7 lineup, but we have received feedback that some users are not used to it and wish to turn it off manually. We will add an independent switch for this function in a future OTA update.
In addition, the CST comfortable braking function is enabled by default at the factory and cannot be turned off. The comfortable braking function can provide a smooth and comfortable braking and stopping effect during daily deceleration and braking in the city (deceleration <0.5g). However, when emergency braking is required, such as rapid deceleration, full braking, and AEB braking (deceleration >0.5g), the comfortable braking function will not be activated, thereby ensuring the optimal braking distance.
