I have already set up the high-temperature protection for the cabin, but sometimes the temperature exceeds the limit and the air conditioning does not start. Why?

To enable this feature, open Settings in the control bar at the bottom of the central control screen, go to Safety & Services > Cabin High-Temperature Protection. Users can set three activation temperatures: 40°C, 45°C, or 50°C. However, the following conditions will restrict this function:
If the vehicle's battery level is below 20%, this function will no longer trigger;
If the vehicle has been parked for more than 12 hours, this function will no longer trigger;
If remote air conditioning on/off or scheduled air conditioning has been set, these functions take priority, and high-temperature protection will not trigger.
