When using a jack to lift the vehicle, where should it be placed?

Official answer

If you need to use a jack or a lift to raise the vehicle, place the jack on the lifting support blocks located at the lifting positions at the bottom of the door sills, as shown in the image. Lifting at other positions may damage the underbody panels.

Additionally, for the Xiaomi SU7 Max equipped with air suspension, you must activate the Tire Change Mode to disable air suspension height adjustment when lifting or jacking up the vehicle.

To open/close Tire Change Mode on the Xiaomi SU7 Max: Open Settings from the control bar at the bottom of the central control screen, go to Safety & Services > Tire Change Mode, and click to enable or disable the function.
