If the vehicle has "Wiper Maintenance Mode" enabled, the wipers will stop in an upright position against the windshield, facilitating wiper blade replacement. You can open Settings from the control bar at the bottom of the central control screen, navigate to Safety & Service > Wiper Maintenance Mode, and click to enable or disable this feature. After replacing the wiper blades, you must turn off Wiper Maintenance Mode on the central control screen to restore normal wiper functionality.
