If I am approaching a parking space and want to get out of the car to let the vehicle park itself, how should I operate it?
When approaching a parking space, if you want the vehicle to park itself, we recommend using the Remote Parking Assist function. Please note the following precautions for using this function:
Before using the Remote Parking Assist function, the mobile phone must add a Bluetooth key and connect to the vehicle's Bluetooth. Non-owner users need to obtain authorization from the owner before they can use the Remote Parking Assist function.
On the Intelligent Parking Assist search-for-space page, select the target parking space and put the vehicle in Park (P). After the driver exits the vehicle, open the Xiaomi Auto APP, enter the Intelligent Parking Assist function, click the "Start Parking" button on the Remote Parking interface, and the vehicle will park into the space.
During the use of Remote Parking Assist, you need to continuously monitor the vehicle's status, maintain an appropriate distance from the vehicle, and ensure a stable Bluetooth connection between the phone and the vehicle. If a dangerous situation arises, you can stop the parking process by clicking the stop button or locking the screen.
