Will Xiaomi SU7 launch an interior cleaning kit, and how should light-colored interiors be maintained in daily use?
Currently, we do not have plans to launch a cleaning kit specifically for interior materials. You can purchase dedicated automotive interior cleaners and maintenance products on your own for cleaning. The leather seats of the Xiaomi SU7 are all treated with anti-stain additives on their surfaces. If they get dirty, simply using a dedicated cleaning solution will restore them to like-new condition.
For the maintenance and care of light-colored interiors, we recommend paying attention to the following points during daily use:
Avoid exposing the vehicle to strong sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading of materials such as leather and fabric. If you need to park the vehicle outdoors for a long time, please cover these materials.
Certain types of clothing (such as dark jeans and sheepskin garments) may stain interior fabrics. If this happens, be sure to clean and care for these areas as soon as possible.
If you accidentally stain the light-colored interior, you can clean it using the following methods. We recommend minimizing the frequency of treating leather materials with leather care products; for light-colored leather surfaces, apply at most twice a year.
For interior and textile fabrics in locations such as doors, the trunk, and the roof, use dedicated cleaners, dry foam, and soft brushes for cleaning.
For genuine leather fabrics on seats, ordinary dirt can be cleaned from the surface of the leather material using a slightly damp cotton cloth, wool cloth, or wiping cloth. For severe oil stains, you can use a mild soap solution applied with a cloth. Please ensure that you do not completely soak the leather material and avoid water seeping into the inside of the stitching seams. If there are water stains on the leather surface, promptly wipe them clean with a soft dry cloth. When stains such as ballpoint pen marks, ink, lipstick, shoe polish, coffee, or sunscreen appear on the genuine leather surface, remove them as soon as possible. For cleaning genuine leather surfaces, it is recommended to use 100% pure polyurethane foam sponges.
Do not use cleaners containing solvents (such as alcohol) to clean the dashboard, airbag trim covers, or leather products; nor should you spray formaldehyde cleaners on leather surfaces.
It is recommended to clean soiled seat belts using a mild soap solution. Do not detach the seat belts from the vehicle. Before retracting the seat belt, ensure it is completely dried.
