The phenomenon of partial blackening of the charging port terminals (commonly known as charging port contacts) is usually caused by plugging or unplugging the charging gun before the charging process has completely stopped.
We recommend performing a power-off operation on either the vehicle's infotainment system or the charging pile side during daily charging, confirming that charging has ended, and then unplugging the charging gun.
Under normal circumstances, if the blackening is very slight, it will not cause harm to the charging process or the vehicle. However, if you find that the contacts are severely blackened, we recommend visiting a store for inspection promptly.
