The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra uses expensive Alcantara® microfiber fabric extensively inside the cabin. In addition to features like anti-slip, wear resistance, stain resistance, and easy maintenance, its delicate feel and friction coefficient far exceeding that of genuine leather provide more stable driving performance, balancing luxury and sports performance. To ensure the Alcantara® surface remains like new, please note the following points during daily use:
Avoid liquid contact: Clean up liquids (such as drinks, rainwater) promptly to prevent water stains or mold spots after penetration.
Sun and heat protection: Prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading and hardening. Use sunshades when parking or choose shaded areas.
Sharp objects: Avoid scratching the surface with hard items like keys or zippers.
You can also use the following methods to clean Alcantara® fabric:
Gentle dust removal: Regularly remove surface dust using a soft brush (such as a makeup brush or dedicated Alcantara® brush) or a vacuum cleaner (with a soft brush head).
Local stain treatment: For minor stains, gently press and wipe with a clean, slightly damp white cotton cloth (to avoid dye transfer). Do not rub vigorously.
Dedicated cleaner: Use cleaners officially recommended by Alcantara®, or neutral pH soap water (such as baby shampoo).
When cleaning, please do not use alcohol, bleach, or strong acid/alkali cleaners; avoid vigorous scrubbing, soaking, or steam cleaning; do not use rough fabrics (like towels) or paper towels to wipe, to avoid shedding or scratching the surface.
Additionally, you can regularly use Alcantara® dedicated protective spray to enhance its stain and water resistance (ensure it dries thoroughly after spraying).
