The "Enhanced Energy Recovery" feature is only available to be manually enabled in "Master Mode". Under daily operating conditions, the maximum braking deceleration of the Xiaomi SU7 Max can reach 0.36g. When this feature is enabled, even during emergency braking when ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is triggered, the braking energy recovery system can continue to work and provide a braking energy recovery deceleration of 0.2g, allowing the vehicle to fully utilize the motor to recover braking energy during intense driving conditions, significantly reducing the burden on the braking system, thereby delaying the occurrence of brake thermal fade.
The newly launched "Enhanced Energy Recovery" feature, combined with the high-performance braking kit previously launched by Xiaomi Auto (including low-metal brake pads and high-boiling-point brake fluid), greatly enhances the braking anti-thermal fade capability of the Xiaomi SU7 under extreme driving conditions with the support of both software and hardware capabilities.
