How do I enable the Remote Parking Assist function on the Xiaomi YU7?

Official answer

The Remote Parking Assist function standard on all trims of the Xiaomi YU7 includes Remote Parking-In/Out Assist and Straight-Line Vehicle Movement Assist, allowing the driver to supervise and control vehicle parking from a certain distance outside the vehicle using a Bluetooth device.

Remote Parking-In Assist

Enter the Parking Assist function, step on the brake pedal, click to select the parking space you want to park into, then click Remote Parking and exit the vehicle to use Remote Parking Assist.

Open the Xiaomi Auto APP on your phone, go to Vehicle > Parking Assist, click Start Parking-In, and keep the app in the foreground to start remote parking.

During the parking-in process, you must always pay attention to the surrounding environment. If danger is encountered, you need to click Pause on the phone screen promptly. You can also pause parking by locking the phone screen, turning off the phone, or opening the door.

After parking-in is completed, the vehicle will automatically lock.

Remote Parking-Out Assist

Open the Xiaomi Auto APP on your phone, go to Vehicle > Parking Assist > Remote Parking, click Start Parking-Out, and keep the app in the foreground to start remote parking.

During the parking-out process, you must always pay attention to the surrounding environment. If danger is encountered, you need to click Pause on the phone screen promptly. You can also pause parking by locking the phone screen, turning off the phone, or opening the door.

Straight-Line Vehicle Movement Assist

Open the Xiaomi Auto APP on your phone and go toVehicle > Driving Assistance > Straight-Line Vehicle Movement Assist.

Long-press the corresponding button to move the vehicle forward or backward in a straight line.
