All trims of the Xiaomi YU7 come with complimentary data traffic for three years, with a monthly cap of 15GB dual-SIM data traffic. The Xiaomi YU7 is equipped with dual 5G standby and dual active cellular network communication, featuring dual 5G mobile IoT cards from China Telecom and China Mobile, ensuring a stable and high-speed connection experience in different network environments.
During the complimentary period, if the cumulative data usage of both SIM cards exceeds 15GB per month, the data service will be suspended.
After the complimentary period ends, you can purchase the Onboard Network Service Package from the Xiaomi Auto APP Mall - Vehicle Services. The Onboard Network Service Package (365-day usage right) is priced at 199 RMB, and the Onboard Network Service Package (31-day usage right) is priced at 19.9 RMB. The purchased Onboard Network Service Package is universal for both SIM cards and offers unlimited data. That is, you can continue to enjoy dual 5G standby and dual active cellular network communication without data limits by spending 199 RMB annually or 19.9 RMB monthly.
Users who find the complimentary data insufficient can also upgrade to the paid Onboard Network Service Package, at which point they will receive dual 5G standby and dual active cellular network communication services with no data limits.
Regarding data traffic usage, you can open Settings from the control bar at the bottom of the central control screen, go to Vehicle Settings > Default Operator, to set the primary operator for the cellular network.
Select China Telecom or China Mobile, and the system will set China Telecom or China Mobile as the default cellular data SIM card. Cellular services will communicate data through this card. When the system detects poor network signal or communication quality from this SIM card, it will automatically switch to the other card with better signal to ensure network communication quality.
Select Smart Dual SIM, and the system will monitor the cellular network status, automatically selecting the SIM card with better network signal or communication quality for data communication, and dynamically adjusting based on network environment fluctuations.
