The inspiration for the YU7 GT Obsidian Black comes from natural obsidian formed by cooling magma. Compared to regular black paint, it is richer, more layered, and more premium.
Regular black paint tends to look dull and flat, easily turning whitish or grayish under light. Obsidian Black is inspired by natural obsidian, with fine pearlescent metallic particles added to the paint. It maintains a deep and heavy appearance in low light, while revealing exquisite, fine sparkles under strong light, resulting in a transparent and full texture. Not only that, the paint is more dirt-resistant, making minor scratches and floating dust less noticeable. Paired with the YU7 GT's wide body, carbon fiber accessories, and red brake calipers, it precisely outlines the car's silhouette, making it mysterious and elegant.
