After leaving the factory, new vehicles in the industry are typically transported jointly via road, rail, or waterways in batches. During this transportation process, vehicles may incur minor transport damages, such as paint chips or scratches, due to changes in weather, environmental factors, or loading and unloading operations.
After all vehicles arrive at the store, we will conduct a pre-delivery inspection on the new cars. For vehicles that do not meet the delivery standards, we will proactively inform the user and carry out repairs after obtaining the user's consent, ultimately completing the delivery. This is also a common practice in the industry.
There is no impact; your vehicle's warranty and benefits will not be affected in any way. Furthermore, we fully respect the user's right to know. Before vehicle delivery, we will inform the user of detailed vehicle condition information and provide corresponding solutions based on the vehicle's condition.
