Xiaomi SU7 Max's top speed is up to 265 km/h. How can I limit the speed?

Official answer

The Xiaomi SU7 allows you to set the "Maximum Speed Limit" in the "Safety & Services" interface of the infotainment system while the vehicle is in P (Park) gear. The adjustable range for the maximum speed is 80-160 km/h.

Additionally, when the vehicle is switched to "Novice" driving mode, the maximum speed will be limited to 140 km/h. We are also considering adding a mandatory prompt during the initial setup process asking users to confirm whether to enable the 'maximum speed limit'. If you have any suggestions, please let us know in the comments.

The Xiaomi SU7 offers five default driving modes: Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Eco, and Novice, catering to different needs regarding economy, comfort, and sportiness. For daily city driving, we recommend selecting the appropriate driving mode based on road conditions.

The Xiaomi SU7 boasts powerful performance with a top speed of up to 265 km/h. This data was obtained through testing and certification by professional drivers in a secure, closed test facility with safety protections. On public roads, we do not recommend attempting this speed. Please abide by traffic laws and regulations, avoid speeding, and promote safe driving together.
