Regarding the delivery progress of vehicles with the same configuration that everyone is concerned about, we would like to explain the concept of the same configuration here: the same configuration refers to orders where the model, paint color, interior, and optional configurations (wheels, refrigerator, storage space, leather seats, etc.) are exactly the same. Therefore, because our vehicles have many functions and rich options, having the same model and paint color does not necessarily mean it is the same configuration. Orders with the same configuration are produced and rolled off the line according to the order lock time, and at the same time, the delivery time will vary slightly depending on the transportation distance to the city you selected for vehicle pickup.
In principle, the supply of the same configuration within the same city remains unchanged according to the order lock sequence, but for orders with different configurations within the same city, the delivery cycle will vary due to production and material supply constraints.
At the same time, in cases where the original user gives up their order after the vehicle arrives at the store, we will arrange the delivery of the vehicle in sequence according to the order lock time after obtaining the consent of the next customer with the same configuration in the same city. This is not what everyone considers to be queue jumping.
