After replacing the headlight with a third-party part, an error occurs during OTA updates. What is the reason?
All upgradable components, including headlights, use keys for secure authentication management. During updates, the system verifies the correctness of the key; if it does not match, the update operation cannot be executed.
During the update process, non-official parts will trigger fault codes due to key verification failures. Upgrades can continue once the original part is reinstalled. If you keep the non-official part and only clear the fault code, it may prevent subsequent OTA updates from proceeding normally.
