I just replaced the air conditioner filter on my Xiaomi SU7 a short while ago. Why does it prompt me that the 'Air Conditioner Filter is Depleted'?
This is the newly launched 'Air Conditioner Filter Remaining Life Reminder' feature. The system calculates the remaining life of the air conditioner filter based on the time of your last filter replacement and the vehicle's mileage, prompting you whether the filter needs to be replaced. You can view this in "Settings > Service > Vehicle Consumables".
Recently, the Xiaomi SU7 series and Xiaomi SU7 Ultra began pushing the new version. Vehicles that have upgraded to the new version will have this feature (the Xiaomi YU7 comes with it from the factory). If your car has received the new version push and completed the upgrade, we suggest:
If your Xiaomi SU7 and Xiaomi SU7 Ultra have not yet had the air conditioner filter replaced, you can click "Settings > Service > Vehicle Consumables > Reset" to manually reset the 'Filter Replacement Date' to the time of purchase, which will display the correct air conditioner filter life;
If you have previously replaced the air conditioner filter, manually reset the 'Filter Replacement Date' to the time of the last actual filter replacement;
If you have not yet picked up your car, when you do pick it up later, no operation is required, and the system will display the correct air conditioner filter life.
We kindly remind you: Under normal driving conditions, we recommend replacing the filter once a year or every 20,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).
