What services does official after-sales provide if I encounter unexpected situations like tire punctures/blowouts on the road?
For tire puncture/blowout situations, Xiaomi has two services that can cover user needs:
First, in cities covered by mobile services, users can book mobile door-to-door service through the online service center (exclusive service group/400 hotline) to complete tire repair/replacement for the vehicle. The service fees for tire repair and replacement need to be borne by the user, but users who have purchased the official Enjoy Service Package and insurance products can enjoy free door-to-door tire repair services, unlimited times within the contract period;
Second, users can call road rescue services through the online service center to tow the vehicle to the nearest service center/repair station, and then perform tire repair/replacement on the vehicle. However, free accident-related road rescue services are currently only provided to users who have purchased the official Enjoy Service Package and insurance products; other users need to bear the accident-related road rescue costs themselves;
For highway scenarios, services can only be provided via road rescue, because on-road construction work is not allowed on highway sections.
