Can the home charging pile remain plugged into the car for a long time?

Official answer

The battery has corresponding protection strategies and will not be damaged by having the charging gun plugged in for an extended period, so please rest assured.

If using a DC fast charging pile, the vehicle stops charging once the battery is fully charged. If using the Xiaomi Auto home charging pile or the Xiaomi Auto portable charging gun, the vehicle also stops charging once the battery is full. However, during long-term vehicle idle, if features such as Sentry Mode, the onboard smart refrigerator, or remote vehicle control are enabled, the vehicle may lose some charge. In such cases, the home charging pile or portable charging gun will continue to charge the battery back to full.

Friendly reminder: To avoid affecting others' use of charging piles, please do not occupy public charging stations for extended periods. Please drive away from the charging spot promptly after the battery is fully charged.
