Xiaomi Auto provides mobile door-to-door services to meet user needs for basic vehicle maintenance, diagnosis and elimination of occasional faults, and simple repairs (tire patching/replacement, door handle repair/replacement, and repair/replacement of some interior components). Users can initiate these service requests by contacting the online service center via the exclusive service manager group in the Xiaomi Auto APP or by dialing 400 directly through the Xiaomi Auto APP.
The mobile door-to-door service is initially available in 29 cities, with more cities to be gradually added later.
